This car formed part of a US collection belonging of Robert Koons. Robert opened a workshop called Updraught Enterprises with his friend Leroy Gane and their intention was to create a road/race car... well they have certainly done that! 

The work to this car was carried out by Roy Gane himself, and his signature can be found underside the bonnet panel.

The car has appeared at various re-enactments as indicated by the decal on the aeroscreen. There are also scrutineer decals on the roll bar too.
 
The car is beautiful and certainly one of a kind. It comes complete with an extensive history folder and invoices.
